Our family-friendly Ski Hill has nine runs, from novice to experienced, three lifts including a Leitner-Poma quad that moves 2,400 people per hour, state of the art grooming and snowmaking, terrain park, nighttime skiing, a newly renovated Chalet with patio, fireplace and the Batawa Bistro, Snow School Programs, Batawa Racing Club, and rental shop. Or you can explore our 25 km of trails for mountain bikers and hikers. Kids love our 40-foot replica Tyrannosaurus rex waiting to be discovered in our ever-popular Dino Dig park, the centrepiece of our Summer Adventure Day Camps.
Batawa has three hockey rinks, soccer fields, a superb school, and a community centre, all in a friendly village where bake sales and hockey tournaments are part of the fabric of the community. There’s boating on the Trent Canal, great fishing and the beaches of Sandbanks Provincial Park are minutes away. It’s a perfect place for a kid to grow up!
